Pilates and Barre

Both Pilates and Barre are excellent strengthening classes, that are low impact, so really accessible for everyone. At the same time they are powerful transformational practices, with a focus on supporting the important areas of the body of spine, core, glutes to be strong and mobile. Often the go to practice for injury prevention and perfect for people who do a lot of high impact sports.
