This support is that ideal reminder of the types of exercises you should be doing to keep your body healthy and mobile. Our Physiotherapist brings all the research and understanding available at present to these classes.
Please understand, these classes to not replace visiting a Physiotherapist or GP, however provide the extra support and reminders of exercises that might be supportive in making sure you don’t need to visit them again!
